Before you write
My alarm didn't ring on iPhone
On iOS 26 and later, allow Walk Me Up to set alarms when asked, and keep its notifications turned on in the Settings app.
Steps aren't being counted
Hold the phone or keep it in your pocket while you walk. You can calibrate step counting in the app's Settings.
